The problems of the use of intellectual property in the innovation system

Abstract

The article deals with a coverage and analysis of the problems of the use of intellectual property in the innovation system. Today in our country in more than 1100 scientific institutions and organizations work dozens of thousand of candidates and doctors. At the end of 2015 more than 26,000 are valid patents. All this indicates a significant innovation potential of Ukraine in accordance with international trends, and this should become a driving force for innovation development of economy.

Стаття присвячена висвітленню та аналізу проблем використання інтелектуальної власності в інноваційній системі. Сьогодні в нашій країні у понад 1100 наукових установах та організаціях працюють десятки тисяч кандидатів і докторів наук. Станом на кінець 2015 року понад 26 000 є чинними патентами. Все це свідчить про значний інноваційний потенціал України відповідно до світових тенденцій, що має стати рушійною силою інноваційного розвитку економіки.
