Abstract

Дослідження базується на узагальненні теоретичних та методичних основ формування механізму управління рентабельністю підприємства та обґрунтуванні практичних рекомендацій щодо його удосконалення. Узагальнено теоретико-методичні засади управління рентабельністю підприємства; проведено оцінку та аналіз ефективності управління рентабельністю підприємства ПрАТ Кондитерська фабрика «АВК»; обґрунтовано напрями підвищення ефективності управління рентабельністю підприємства.The study is based on the generalization of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the mechanism of managing the profitability of the enterprise and the justification of practical recommendations for its improvement. The theoretical and methodological principles of enterprise profitability management are summarized; an assessment and analysis of the effectiveness of the management of the profitability of the PJSC Confectionery Factory "AVK" was carried out; directions for improving the efficiency of the company's profitability management are substantiated.
