Розвиток фінансового сектору економіки в умовах інституційних трансформацій

Abstract

У дисертації представлено результати дослідження теоретико-методологічних засад і науково-методичного забезпечення розвитку фінансового сектору економіки в умовах інституційних трансформацій. Розкрито сутність і специфіку функціонування фінансового сектору, запропоновано новий теоретико-методологічний підхід до його визначення і структурування. Досліджено сфери діяльності фінансових корпорацій і розроблено основи фінансового сервісу, алокації і потенціалу фінансового сектору. Сформульовано парадигму розвитку фінансового сектору і обґрунтовано її концептуальні основи. Розкрито сутність інституційної організації фінансового сектору, чинників його економічного розвитку, процесу інституційних трансформацій. Визначено інституційні домінанти розвитку фінансового сектору України. Досліджено процеси інституційних трансформацій в архітектурі фінансового сектору на основі аналізу сучасних тенденцій розвитку фінансових ринків і руху капіталів. Доведено необхідність реалізації в Україні комплементарної моделі фінансового сектору. Обґрунтовано перспективні напрями розвитку та інституалізації фінансового сектору України, визначено заходи з підвищення його конкурентоспроможності і стійкого розвитку. Розроблено концепцію розвитку фінансового сектору України і Кодекс кращої практики фінансової діяльності.

The dissertations presents the results of a study of the theoretical and methodological principles and scientific methods of financial sector development in terms of institutional transformation. The essence and specificity of functioning of the financial sector is proposed and the new theoretical and methodological approach to its definition and structuring is given. Investigated the scope of financial corporations and developed the foundations of financial service its allocation and the capacity of financial sector. Formulated the paradigm of the financial sector development and grounded its conceptual foundations. The essence of the institutional organization of the financial sector its factors of economic development, the process of institutional transformation are revealed. Defined institutional dominance of the financial sector of Ukraine. The processes of institutional transformation in the architecture of the financial sector by analyzing current trends in the financial markets and capital movements are examined. The necessity of complementary models realization in Ukraine’s financial sector is explored. Proved promising areas of development and institutionalization of Ukraine's financial sector and identified measures to improve its competitiveness and sustainable development. The concept of financial sector of Ukraine and the financial Code for improving financial performance is developed.
