Abstract
Робота полягає в аналізі стану готельно-ресторанного бізнесу в Україні, зокрема в Івано-Франківській області, та розробці рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності його діяльності на прикладі готелю «Radisson Blu Resort, Bukovel».
The work consists in the analysis of the state of the hotel and restaurant business in Ukraine, in particular in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, and the development of recommendations for improving the efficiency of its activity using the example of the Radisson Blu Resort, Bukovel hotel.
