Abstract
Дисертація присвячена дослідженню теоретико-правових проблем регулювання сфери інформаційної безпеки в Україні, враховано особливості провадження право забезпечувальних заходів у цій сфері з урахуванням додаткових зовнішніх загроз, пов’язаних з повномасштабним російським вторгненням 24 лютого 2022 року, проаналізовано стан правового забезпечення інформаційної сфери в окремих європейських країнах та Великобританії.
The dissertation is devoted to the study of theoretical and legal problems of regulation of the sphere of information security in Ukraine, the peculiarities of the implementation of law enforcement measures in this sphere are taken into account, taking into account additional external threats associated with a full-scale Russian invasion on February 24, 2022, the state of legal security of the information sphere in certain European countries and Great Britain is analyzed.
