ОВДП як надійний фінансовий інструмент інвестування в економіку України

Abstract

У статті розглянуто розвиток ринку ОВДП. Обґрунтовано інвестиційну привабливість державних облігацій та шляхи удосконалення їх продажу серед резидентів та нерезидентів України на фоні соціально-економічних умов. Доведено, що для формування ефективного ринку ОВДП в Україні необхідно: узгоджувати політику у сфері формування прибутковості державних цінних паперів із загальними тенденціями на фінансовому ринку; підвищити доступність придбання ОВДП для населення. The article deals with the development of the market of government bonds. The investment attractiveness of government bonds and ways to improve their sales among residents and non-residents of Ukraine on the background of socio-economic conditions is substantiated. It is proved that in order to form an effective T-bills market in Ukraine it is necessary: to coordinate policies in the field of yield of government securities with general tendencies in the financial market; increase the availability of government bonds for the population.
