Психологічні аспекти професійної адаптації жінок

Abstract

A theoretical analysis of psychological aspects of professional adaptation of women is carried out. The concept of adaptation is considered from the point of view of state and process. The stages of psychological adaptation of women are considered. Psychological factors affecting the adaptation process are studied. Peculiarities of psychological adaptation of women in the event of a change in professional activity are considered, in particular, motivation and goals, stress and fears, personal traits, self-esteem, social support, perception of a new environment and the ability to learn. Empirical research is conducted, in the framework of which a strong positive linear relationship between the levels of adaptability and frustration of women is determined. The concept of maladjustment is studied and various stages of psychoprophylactic and psychotherapeutic measures to overcome it are determined. Within this stage, a training program is offered, as well as recommendations to prevent professional maladjustment of women who have changed professional activities.
