Митні правила зарубіжних країн щодо ввезення транспортних засобів громадянами

Abstract

У статті досліджено митні правила щодо ввезення транспортних засобів громадянами у Федеративній Республіці Німеччина, Королівстві Бельгія та Королівстві Норвегія. Зокрема, виділено особливості митних правил стосовно транспортних засобів залежно від країни імпорту транспортного засобу (транспортний засіб імпортується з країн ЄС чи з інших країн).

The article examines the customs rules for the importation of vehicles by citizens in the Federal Republic of Germany, the Kingdom of Belgium and the Kingdom of Norway. In particular, the peculiarities of the implementation of customs rules concerning vehicles are determined depending on the country of import of the vehicle(the vehicle is imported from the EU or from other countries).
