Так, в умовах жорсткої конкуренції на ринку та швидких змін у зовнішньому середовищі особливого значення для підприємств набуває успішна реалізація стратегічних цілей та постійне вдосконалення бізнес-процесів, що у короткостроковому періоді досягається завдяки бюджетуванню.The current state of the economy, which is characterized by high variability of business conditions, increasing uncertainty and the complexity of the business environment, puts forward new requirements for the organization of the management process at enterprises. Thus, in the conditions of fierce competition on the market and rapid changes in the external environment, successful implementation of strategic goals and continuous improvement of business processes, which is achieved in the short term thanks to budgeting, is of particular importance for enterprises.
