Abstract

У магістерській роботі досліджено особливості вторинної травматизації у співробітників організацій “людина-людина та розробці профілактичних заходів для її подолання ... За результатами дослідження сформульовані висновки: проаналізовані теоретичні засади дослідження вторинної травматизації співробітників організацій “людина-людина”; визначені основні ознаки та основні види вторинної травматизації; проведено емпірічне дослідження щодо визначення ознак вторинної травматизації у співробітників організацій “людина-людина”; визначені пропозиції щодо профілактикиа вторинної травматизації у співробітників організацій “людина-людина”.The master's thesis investigated the features of secondary traumatization in employees of "person-to-person" organizations and the development of preventive measures to overcome it ... Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were formulated: theoretical principles of the study of secondary traumatization in employees of "person-to-person" organizations were analyzed; the main signs and main types of secondary traumatization were determined; an empirical study was conducted to determine the signs of secondary traumatization in employees of "person-to-person" organizations; proposals were identified for the prevention of secondary traumatization in employees of "person-to-person" organizations.
