Abstract

Матеріали навчального посібника дозволяють систематизувати та поглибити знання з основ теорії і методики фізичного виховання, засвоїти практичні уміння, навички зі зміцнення здоров’я, підвищення працездатності, організації здорового способу життя. Навчальний посібник розроблено для студентів ЗВО усіх спеціальностей з метою активізації самостійної творчої роботи здобувачів щодо формування пізнання природних і соціальних процесів функціонування фізичної культури суспільства й особистості, вміння їх використовувати для професійного розвитку, самовдосконалення, організації здорового способу життя під час виконання навчальної, професійної та соціально-культурної діяльності.
