Abstract

У навчально-методичному посібнику містяться рекомендації щодо опрацювання тем з навчальної дисципліни «Історія держави і права України», починаючи від найдавніших часів до сьогодення. Він містить правові джерела різних часів історичного розвитку держави на території сучасної України. Матеріал подано відповідно до навчальної програми з дисципліни «Історія держави і права України», розробленої на кафедрі теорії, історії права і держави та конституційного права Університету державної фіскальної служби України. Навчально-методичний посібник побудовано за модульним принципом і відповідає вимогам Європейської кредитно-трансферної системи навчання студентів-бакалаврів. Розрахований на студентів вищих навчальних закладів, а також на широкий загал читачів, які цікавляться історією державного й правового розвитку України. The manual provides guidance on how to cover topics in the history of the state and law of Ukraine, from ancient times to the present. It contains legal sources of different times of historical development of the state in the territory of modern Ukraine. The material is submitted in accordance with the curriculum on the discipline "History of State and Law of Ukraine", developed at the Department of Theory, History of Law and State and Constitutional Law of the University of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. The teaching manual is built on a modular basis and meets the requirements of the European Credit Transfer System for Bachelor Students. It is designed for students of higher education institutions, as well as for a wide audience of readers who are interested in the history of state and legal development of Ukraine.
