Фінансово-бюджетна спроможність територіальних громад

Abstract

У роботі обґрунтовано теоретико-методологічні та науковометодичні засади функціонування системи фінансово-бюджетної спроможності територіальних громад. Охарактеризовано теоретичні засади формування спроможності територіальних громад, визначено фінансово-бюджетні домінанти у стимулюванні соціально-економічного розвитку територіальних громад, проаналізовано фінансово-бюджетну спроможність територіальних громад Львівської області, обґрунтовано напрями забезпечення фінансово-бюджетної спроможності територіальних громад України в умовах воєнного стану.The work substantiates the theoretical-methodological and scientific-methodical principles of the functioning of the system of financial and budgetary capacity of territorial communities. The theoretical principles of the formation of the capacity of territorial communities are characterized, the financial and budgetary dominants in stimulating the socio-economic development of territorial communities are determined, the financial and budgetary capacity of territorial communities of Lviv region is analyzed, the directions of ensuring the financial and budgetary capacity of territorial communities of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law are substantiated.
