Abstract
Дисертацію присвячено комплексному теоретико-правовому дослідженню змісту й особливостей адміністративно-юрисдикційної діяльності органів державного фінансового контролю в Україні. Сформульовано авторське визначення поняття «адміністративно- юрисдикційна діяльність органів державного фінансового контролю»; виокремлено особливості адміністративно-юрисдикційної діяльності органів державного фінансового контролю. Доведено, що адміністративно-юрисдикційна діяльність є лише частиною діяльності органів державного фінансового контролю.
The dissertation is devoted to a complex theoretical and legal study of the content and features of the administrative-jurisdictional activity of state financial control bodies in Ukraine. The author's definition of the concept of "administrativejurisdictional activity of state financial control bodies" is formulated; features of the administrative- jurisdictional activity of state financial control bodies are highlighted. It has been proven that 358 administrative and jurisdictional activity is only part of the activity of state financial control bodies.
