Abstract
У тезах розглядаються законодавчі новації, прийняті протягом 2019-2020 років які стосуються вдосконалення здійснення державної митної справи в частині змін в оплаті праці митників, впровадження нового формату роботи митниці як єдиної юридичної особи, вдосконалення понятійного апарату.
The abstracts consider the legislative innovations adopted during 2019-2020 related to improving the implementation of state customs in terms of changes in the remuneration of customs officers, the introduction of a new format of customs as a single legal entity, improving the conceptual apparatus.
