Application of special sanctions to Ukrainian subjects of foreign economic activity and foreign business subjects: problems and improvements

Abstract

Cтаттю присвячено дослідженню низки проблем, пов’язаних із застосуванням спеціальних санкцій до українських суб’єктів зовнішньоекономічної діяльності та іноземних суб’єктів господарювання. Визначено, що прогалини в законодавстві України викликають певні колізії на практиці щодо застосування спеціальних санкцій у сфері зовнішньоекономічної діяльності непрозорість та не системність. The article is devoted to the research of number of problems related to the special sanctions application to Ukrainian subjects of foreign economic activity and foreign business entities. It is determined that white spots in the legislation of Ukraine cause certain conflicts in practice regarding application of special sanctions in the field of foreign economic activity, cause opacity and make it unsystematic.
