Зниження проявів психотравматичних наслідків засобами арт-терапії

Abstract

У роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз виникнення психічної травми. Проаналізовано наукові дослідження, що підтверджують позитивний вплив арт-терапії на осіб, що пережили травматичні події. Проведено емпіричне дослідження особливостей прояву психотравматичних наслідків та зниження їх інтенсивності за допомогою арт-терапевтичних засобів. Вивчено особливості застосування арт-терапії в роботі з психотравматичними наслідками. Розроблено програму подолання проявів психотравматичних наслідків засобами арт-терапії.The work provides a theoretical analysis of the occurrence of mental trauma. Scientific studies confirming the positive impact of art therapy on people who have experienced traumatic events have been analyzed. An empirical study of the peculiarities of the manifestation of psychotraumatic consequences and the reduction of their intensity with the help of art-therapeutic means was conducted. The peculiarities of the use of art therapy in dealing with psychotraumatic consequences have been studied. A program for overcoming manifestations of psychotraumatic consequences by means of art therapy has been developed.
