Abstract

У книзі розкрито сутність усіх термінів і понять, що використовуються у Бюджетному кодексі, детально і системно проаналізовано всі статті головного фінансового документа країни, прокоментовано особливості застосування статей і межі їх чинності. Зроблено акцент на інноваційній складовій Бюджетного кодексу, виділено новації кожного розділу. The book reveals the essence of all terms and concepts used in the Budget Code, in detail and systematically analyzed all the articles of the main financial document of the country, commented on the specifics of the application of articles and the limits of their actions. The emphasis is placed on the innovative component of the Budget Code, the innovations of each chapter are highlighted.
