Формування системи інноваційного розвитку промислових підприємств в емерджентній економіці

Abstract

Охарактеризовано значення концепції інноваційного розвитку промислових підприємств у контексті забезпечення економічної стабільності та сталого розвитку України, яке полягає у тому, що в рамках реалізації цієї концепції вбачаються ключові основи, перспективи та можливості досягнення високого рівня вітчизняної конкурентоспроможності для формування економіки інноваційного типу в умовах емерджентності при входженні у глобальну економічну систему. Окреслено коло питань, які потребують вдосконалення для цілей інноваційного розвитку промислових підприємств в емерджентних умовах на глобальному рівні. Оцінено фінансово-економічні показники іноземних промислових підприємств та виявлено ключову особливість їх зростання. Проаналізовано фінансово-економічні показники національних промислових підприємств та виявлено ключові проблеми в їх діяльності.

The conception of innovative development of industrial enterprises in the context of providing economic stability and sustainability of Ukraine is extremely important for industry development, because of its feature to increase the level of national competitiveness to create an innovative economy in terms of emergence. Processes of the innovative development system creation for industrial enterprises in the emergent economy have some main features. They are instability, the uncertainty of environmental conditions, the low level of technological equipment of the internal environment, and limited resources in general. At the same time, a strategy approved by the government can be the basis for innovative development, but it requires practical testing and analyze the impact of increasing industrial enterprises' competitiveness factors at the global level. The object of research is the system-forming processes and methodological tools of innovative development of industrial enterprises in the emergent economy. The subject of research is the theoretical and methodological foundations and practice-oriented aspects of the system of innovative development of industrial enterprises in the emergent economy. The purpose of research is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the formation of a system of innovative development of industrial enterprises in the emergent economy. The financial and economic indicators of foreign industrial enterprises were estimated and it is revealed that the key feature of their growth are innovations that accelerate production efficiency and minimize losses. The financial and economic indicators of national industrial enterprises were analyzed and key problems in their activities are identified, namely the lack of state support and outdated equipment, which together complicate the production process and hinder the introduction of innovations. In today's market conditions, ensuring the innovative orientation of industrial enterprises will increase the consumption of products produced by enterprises and help the balance and efficiency of the market as a whole. With this approach, innovation can be considered as a guarantee of sustainable economic development.
