Інвестиційна політика недержавних пенсійних фондів

Abstract

У статті розглянуте питання формування інвестиційної політики недержавними пенсійними фондами в Україні. При цьому враховано діючу систему обмежень і наявність на фінансовому ринку інструментів, розміщення в які дозволить одержати дохід, необхідний для виконання фондом своїх зобов’язань перед учасниками. Запропоновано запровадження для недержавних пенсійних фондів нових фінансових інструментів - пенсійних облігацій, емітентом яких має стати НБУ і корпоративних облігації, гарантованих державою. The article deals with the question of the formation of investment policy by non-state pension funds in Ukraine. This takes into account the existing system of restrictions and availability of financial instruments, the placement of which will allow you to receive income necessary for the fund to fulfill its obligations to the participants. The proposed introduction of new financial instruments for non-state pension funds - retirement bonds, the issuer of which should become NBU and corporate bonds guaranteed by the state.
