Обліково-аналітичне забезпечення управління інвестиційною діяльністю

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто питання теоретичних обґрунтувань сутності та розмежування понять “інвестиції”, “інвестиційна діяльність” та “інвестиційний процес”, дослідженні науково-методичних підходів до обліку і аналізу капітальних та фінансових інвестицій. За результатами дослідження сформульовані пропозиції щодо удосконалення обліково-аналітичного забезпечення управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємства. Запропоновано включити до наказу про облікову політику елементи, які забезпечать формування більш аналітичної інформації щодо обліку інвестицій; розроблено робочі документи аудитора щодо перевірки документального оформлення господарських операцій що характеризують інвестиційну діяльність.

In the qualification work, the issue of theoretical justifications of the essence and delimitation of the concepts of "investment", "investment activity" and "investment process", research of scientific and methodological approaches to accounting and analysis of capital and financial investments is considered. Based on the results of the study, proposals were formulated for improving the accounting and analytical support for the management of the enterprise's investment activities. It is proposed to include in the order on the accounting policy elements that will ensure the formation of more analytical information regarding the accounting of investments; the working documents of the auditor were developed regarding the verification of the documentation of economic transactions characterizing investment activity.
