Психологічні особливості професійної спрямованості медичного персоналу

Abstract

У дипломній роботі досліджено психологічні особливості професійної спрямованості медичного персоналу. Основна увага приділяється аналізу мотиваційної структури особистості, виявленню домінуючих орієнтацій на справу, себе чи спілкування, а також оцінці рівня усвідомленої саморегуляції медичного персоналу. Дослідження проводилось за участю 54 осіб на базі комунального некомерційного підприємства «Олевська центральна лікарня» Олевської міської ради. Встановлено, що професійна спрямованість більшості медичного персоналу має емоційно-спілкувальний характер, проте супроводжується критичним дефіцитом навичок стратегічного планування та моделювання діяльності. Виявлено, що висока особистісна гнучкість медичного персоналу є потужним ресурсом, який за умови розвитку регуляторних навичок може забезпечити стійкість професійного вибору. На основі результатів дослідження розроблено тримодульну програму розвитку професійної спрямованості, яка базується на посиленні когнітивно-регуляторного ресурсу особистості. Практична значущість роботи полягає у можливості застосування розроблених рекомендацій у навчальному процесі закладів вищої освіти для підвищення професійної готовності та адаптивності майбутніх фахівцівThe thesis investigates the psychological features of the professional orientation of medical personnel. The main attention is paid to the analysis of the motivational structure of the personality, the identification of dominant orientations to work, self or communication, as well as the assessment of the level of conscious self-regulation of medical personnel. The study was conducted with the participation of 54 people on the basis of the municipal non-profit enterprise "Olevsk Central Hospital" of the Olevsk City Council. It was established that the professional orientation of the majority of medical personnel is of an emotional and communicative nature, but is accompanied by a critical deficit of strategic planning and activity modeling skills. It was found that the high personal flexibility of medical personnel is a powerful resource, which, subject to the development of regulatory skills, can ensure the stability of professional choice. Based on the results of the study, a three-module program for the development of professional orientation was developed, which is based on strengthening the cognitive and regulatory resource of the individual. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of applying the developed recommendations in the educational process of higher education institutions to increase the professional readiness and adaptability of future psychologists
