Розважальна складова в готельно-ресторанному бізнесі

Abstract

У роботі досліджено роль розважальної складової в готельно-ресторанному бізнесі на прикладі ресторану «Алаверди». Проаналізовано основні характеристики розважальних послуг, типи заходів та особливості їх організації. Здійснено організаційно-економічний аналіз діяльності закладу, а також оцінено ефективність проведених розважальних заходів. Виявлено основні проблеми у сфері розважального сервісу та окреслено перспективи його розвитку. На основі результатів дослідження запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо покращення розважальних послуг з метою підвищення привабливості ресторану та рівня задоволеності клієнтів.

The paper examines the role of the entertainment component in the hotel and restaurant business using the example of the Alaverdy restaurant. The main characteristics of entertainment services, types of events and features of their organization are analyzed. An organizational and economic analysis of the institution's activities is carried out, and the effectiveness of the entertainment events is assessed. The main problems in the field of entertainment services are identified and the prospects for its development are outlined. Based on the results of the study, practical recommendations are proposed for improving entertainment services in order to increase the attractiveness of the restaurant and the level of customer satisfaction.
