dc.description.abstractДосліджено феномен сатиричної публіцистики Наддніпрянщини як фактора комунікативної діяльності, подано її історіографічний нарис, охарактеризовано 34 джерела. Встановлено природу і сутність газетно-журнальної сатири в контексті зміни підходів до відображення факту. Охарактеризовано її тематичні, сюжетнокомпозиційні й функціональні домінанти, вербальні і зображальні сатиричні жанри. Простежено еволюцію каналів транслювання сатиричної інформації, становлення сатиричного типу видання, сформульовано його типологічні ознаки. Визначено перспективні аспекти дослідження сатиричної публіцистики: сатиричний потенціал зображальних фотожанрів, специфіка сатиричної публіцистики в мережевих виданнях. The author investigates the genesis of satiric publicism of Naddniprianschyna as a factor of communicative activity, means of socialization and the method of social communication of people. The historiographic studies of satirically-publicistic segment of journalism of Naddniprianschyna is presented – from pre-conditions to formation and modification under the influence of social-economic, political, cultural and educational, philosophical factors, with its sources outlined and characterized (folklore; works of wandering poets, mainly schoolchildren and deacons; theatricalized forms such as school drama and puppet show of the Nativity; satiric literature). The author of the article verifies the organization of satiric discourse characterized by a clear social orientation; aggressively-accusing and aggressivelydestructive intensions; by its own developed genre system, and also by the use of genres of other groups with the satiric aim; by the rich arsenal of graphic and expressive means. The nature and the essence of newspaper and journal satire in the context of evolution of approaches to the representation of the fact are determined. The complex of thematic dominants and composition parameters as well as the development of verbal and graphic satiric genres in printed matters are outlined. The author proposes to single out a satirically-publicistic genre as an independent group amongst artistic and journalistic genres based on the form of artistic presentation of reality (authorial behavior and authorial intensions, the level of comprehension of material), the principles of satiric typification and specific of satiric character that consists in conscious “distortion” of the article of image with the aim of demonstration of its comicalness and unacceptability; original article of reflection (negative facts of reality, comical nature and absurdity of which are obvious for a satirist); special poetics of the narrative. Text and graphic satiric genres (caricature, grotesque, satiric photo, photo collage that evolved from an artistic technique to the genre form) are differentiated in the group composition by their form of expression The communicative potential of the genres of graphic satiric publicism, presented by satiric graphic arts (caricature, grotesque), satiric photo genre, photomontage, is clarified. The specific and transformation of the role and functions of satiric publicism at the end of ХІХ – the beginning of ХХ centuries, in the periods of national liberation rivalry and formation and strengthening of the Soviet Power are traced. The pre-conditions of development of humorously-satiric type of publication are discovered, its typology features are stated. The evolution of the channels of transmission of satirically-publicistic information is traced – types of printed matters conventionally called satiric formats : satiric paper, satiric journal, satiric newspaper, illustrated appendix to the newspaper, satiric page, “newspaper in a newspaper”, special satiric edition etc. The paper proves a thin illustrated satiric journal to be the most successful because of some of its features, namely: small volume (8–12 pages); periodicity (once a week, once every two weeks, once a month) and a fixed day of publication; features of date-line presentation; the editorial article with the declaration of character and orientation of the edition; the camouflage of authorship; the system of pseudo items, or 36 pseudo genre items, that provided distinct evaluation character; balanced combination of graphic and text publications; special character of top and last pages that did not yet gain the completeness of functions performed by the cover of a journal edition, however already differed by designer-semantic parameters from internal columns; addressability to the wide audience; predominance of small genre forms; the authorial collective of artists; special role of colour as an important means of transmission of the content and influence on a reader; short duration of publication in connection with harsh censorial terms, financial pressures. The author proves the formation of a satiric newspaper at the beginning of ХХ century as a separate type of satiric periodical, that combined the features of satiric journals, complemented by characteristics peculiar to the newspapers (less volume; bigger format; prevailing of text material above graphic; predominance of black and white image; lower price; tendency to bigger in volume publications). However, it is stated that a satiric paper gradually loses its independence. In later periods satire exists in media discourse in the form of satiric page, or “newspapers in a newspaper”, special satiric publication of a newspaper etc. Satiric publicism in the second half of 1930-ies loses its concrete nature, witticism, avoids the issues of the day of public life, the sphere of its influence narrows to the exposure of international enemies, derision of primitive mode of life, revelation of insignificant themes, unimportant objects. Character and stylistics of the main satiric genres also change with the tendency to documentaryness, rationality, direct exposure, loss of artistic value.
