Інтернет-залежність співробітників організації: особливості формування та можливості психологічної корекції

Abstract

Актуальність магістерського дослідження полягає у дослідженні особливостей формування інтернет-залежності, адже прогрес комп'ютерної техніки несе низку неприємних потенційних загроз для людини та суспільства, однією з якої є інтернет-залежність (інтернет-аддикція), яка інтенсивно обговорюється у медичній, психологічній літературі та у сферах, пов'язаних із застосуванням нових технологій. У роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз основних наукових підходів до розуміння поняття «інтернет-залежність» та чинників, які сприяють її формуванню та розвитку. Емпірично були вивчені ознаки інтернет-залежності та її критерії, серед яких домінування інтернет-активності у зростання толерантності, компульсивний характер користування мережею, наявність синдрому «відміни», а також ознаки соціальної дезадаптаціїThe relevance of the master's research lies in the study of the features of the formation of Internet addiction, because the progress of computer technology carries a number of unpleasant potential threats to humans and society, one of which is Internet addiction (Internet addiction), which is intensively discussed in the medical, psychological literature and in areas related to the use of new technologies.
