Abstract

The proposed study guide is designed to help students acquire knowledge of labor law, current labor legislation of Ukraine, which regulates labor relations and relations closely related to them. The presented material is accompanied by tasks for testing knowledge, a terminological dictionary, and recommended literature. Exercises with regulations, tests, crosswords, analytical tasks, practical tasks, situational tasks, etc. are offered for self-control. For the purpose of effective self-monitoring, it is recommended to use the knowledge assessment model "Blum's Taxonomy", which will also be useful when preparing for the Unified State Qualification Exam in the master's degree. The materials of the manual allow you to develop practical skills regarding the application of the labor legislation of Ukraine.
