Abstract

The essence of the qualification work is the analysis of existing approaches to the creation of project offices, their types and models at the current stage of development of project management in modern conditions, the identification of new challenges for which project offices should prepare in the future. The work reveals the essence and structure of the project as an object of project management; outlines the model of the project office in the context of organizational management; characterizes the methodology for creating a project office and highlights the trends in the development of project offices in Ukraine and abroad.
