| dc.description.abstract | The paper analyzes the current state of the problem of professional burnout of teachers in higher education institutions, and carries out a theoretical analysis of the main approaches to determining the factors that contribute to this phenomenon. The methodology of an empirical study aimed at studying the relationship between various aspects of professional burnout and its impact on the quality of the educational process has been developed. An empirical study was conducted, during which the peculiarities of the psychological well-being of teachers, their values, and the influence of the factors of the working environment on their professional activity were investigated. The peculiarities of the formation of psychological well-being and values at different stages of the ontogenesis of teachers have been studied. Differences in the perception and assessment of professional activity at different stages of the career path are noted. On the basis of the obtained results, the main provisions regarding the improvement of approaches to the psychological support of teachers in higher educational institutions are proposed. The principles of integrating art therapy into the system of corrective measures to support the mental health of teachers are presented and the possibility of their use to improve the quality of the educational process is summarized. | en |
