Abstract

У навчальному посібнику визначені і охарактеризовані основні категорії соціального управління та розкриті організаційні засади управління органами державної податкової служби України, розглянуті етапи становлення ДПС України як органа виконавчої влади зі спеціальним статусом, проаналізовані проблеми, що виникають в практичній діяльності підрозділів та запропоновані шляхи щодо їх розв’язання. Положення цього навчального посібника апробовані при читанні авторами навчальних дисциплін “Теорія управління органами державної податкової служби України”, „Управління підрозділами податкової міліції”, „Основи управління в органах державної податкової служби України”. Посібник призначений для студентів, курсантів, слухачів, аспірантів, викладачів вищих закладів освіти та працівників державної податкової служби України.
