Антидопінгові заходи

Abstract

Останнім часом антидопінгове законодавство зазнає деяких змін і стикається з нововведеннями через застосування заходів щодо боротьби з новою коронавірусною інфекцією, а також з удосконаленням самих положень антидопінгового законодавства. У світі неможливо переоцінити значення антидопінгових заходів, оскільки Україна активно бере участь у різних міжнародних спортивних заходах, у зв'язку з чим неймовірно важливо мати чіткі стандарти у сфері антидопінгового законодавства нашої країни. Recently, the anti-doping legislation has undergone some changes and is faced with innovations due to the application of measures to combat the new coronavirus infection, as well as the improvement of the provisions of the anti-doping legislation itself. In the world, it is impossible to overestimate the importance of anti-doping measures, as Ukraine actively participates in various international sports events, therefore it is incredibly important to have clear standards in the field of anti-doping legislation in our country.
