Психологічні умови підвищення мотивації працівників

Abstract

The master’s thesis investigates the psychological conditions for increasing employee motivation using the example of the Kyiv Regional Center for Social and Psychological Assistance. The theoretical foundations of motivation are analyzed, including the evolution of motivation theories from simple concepts to complex multi-factor models. An empirical study was conducted among 54 employees of the center using a set of methods: the «Motivational Profile» questionnaire by S. Ritchie and P. Martin, the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory, and the Herzberg’s motivation structure test. The dominant motivational factors were identified and recommendations for improving the motivation system based on the analysis of foreign experience were developed. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of specific mechanisms for increasing employee motivation, taking into account the specifics of the organization’s activities. The research materials can be used by organizational leaders, HR specialists, and psychologists.
