Дистанційна зайнятість в Україні: поняття та проблеми правового регулювання

Abstract

В статті розглянуто сутність поняття “дистанційна зайнятість” та здійснено аналіз нормативно-правового регулювання даної діяльності в Україні. Звернено увагу на недоліки законодавства у цій сфері та можливості його удосконалення, що, в свою чергу, сприятиме ефективності здійснення дистанційної зайнятості на ринку праці в Україні. In the article considered the essence of the concept of "the controlled from distance employment" and an analysis of the legal regulation of activity in Ukraine. Attention is paid to the shortcomings of the legislation in this field and the possibilities of its improvement, which in turn will contribute to the efficiency of the implementation of remote employment in the labor market in Ukraine.
