Фінансове забезпечення соціального захисту населення

Abstract

За результатами дослідження сформульовані висновки та рекомендації щодо напрямків у сфері планування бюджетно-видаткової частини соціального захисту та соціального забезпечення. Отримані результати можуть становити інтерес для державних регулюючих органів у галузі соціального захисту населення України. Висновки та пропозиції можуть бути використані на практиці щодо усунення негативних впливів на формування доходної та видаткової частини соціального захисту населення, а також сприятимуть покращенню процесу планування формування та використання коштів на соціальний захист та забезпечення.

Based on the results of the research, conclusions and recommendations regarding directions in the planning of the budget-expenditure part of social protection and social security are formulated. The obtained results may be of interest to state regulatory bodies in the field of social protection of the population of Ukraine. Conclusions and proposals can be used in practice to eliminate negative effects on the formation of the income and expenditure part of social protection of the population, and will also contribute to the improvement of the process of planning the formation and use of funds for social protection and provision.
