Abstract

The master's thesis is devoted to studying the impact of the midlife crisis on the self-actualization of managers. The paper examines the psychological characteristics of this period and analyzes the factors that facilitate or hinder the realization of managerial potential in the context of professional and personal life. The research is based on a comprehensive approach that includes theoretical and empirical methods such as observation, interviews, and psychological diagnostics. The empirical study utilized diagnostic tools, including the SCL-90 questionnaire, the Shostrom Self-Actualization Test (SAT), and the Holmes and Rahe Stress Scale. Based on the obtained results, a psychocorrectional program for managers was developed and tested, aimed at overcoming the midlife crisis and optimizing their internal potential. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the findings in organizational consulting, coaching, and leadership development programs.
