Abstract

In modern conditions of fierce competition, it is important to ensure effective management of the company, based on an appropriate organizational structure, current and strategic planning, a developed system of motivating the work of personnel, as well as the necessary level of controlling. The deterioration of the economic situation, as a result of military actions, in general only complicates the conditions in which Ukrainian companies have to work. This leads to an increase in requirements for the construction of the organizational structure of the company's management. Formation and development of a project to improve the organizational structure of company management requires appropriate optimization measures to improve company management and team relations. During the economic crisis and full-scale military operations, changes in management organizational structures are designed to create conditions for the survival of the company due to more efficient use of potential, reduction of production costs and adaptation to environmental conditions.
