Особливості мотивації працівників IT сфери

Abstract

Дослідження розкриває значення подальшого аналізу та систематизації теоретичних підходів до проблеми мотивації, емпіричного вивчення особливостей мотиваційних процесів серед працівників ІТ-сфери та розробку практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення рівня їхньої професійної мотивації. За результатами дослідження сформульовано теоретичні висновки щодо сутності та структури мотивації ІТ-працівників, визначено провідні мотиваційні чинники, виявлено тенденції у формуванні внутрішньої мотивації та розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення її рівняThe study reveals the importance of further analysis and systematization of theoretical approaches to the problem of motivation, empirical study of the features of motivational processes among IT workers and development of practical recommendations for increasing the level of their professional motivation. Based on the results of the study, theoretical conclusions were formulated regarding the essence and structure of motivation of IT workers, leading motivational factors were identified, trends in the formation of internal motivation were identified, and practical recommendations were developed for increasing its level
