Аналіз предметної області та ринок mHealth, виявлення недоліків існуючих аналогів; проектування архітектури чат-бота та структури бази даних, обґрунтування вибору технологічного стека (Python, Rasa, PostgreSQL); розробка програмного модуля системи; тестування розробленого комплексу, оцінка точності роботи NLU-моделі та перевірка рівня юзабіліті; визначення ефективності впровадження системи.Analysis of the subject area and the mHealth market, identifying the shortcomings of existing analogues; designing the chatbot architecture and database structure, justifying the choice of the technology stack (Python, Rasa, PostgreSQL); development of the system software modules; testing the developed complex, evaluating the accuracy of the NLU model, and checking the usability level; determining the efficiency of the system implementation.
