Застосування поліграфу для виявлення фінансових злочинів

Abstract

Досліджено феномена економічної злочинності приділяють вчені-кримінологи України. Об’єктом дослідження є психофізіологічна експертиза з використанням поліграфу Визначено теоретико-методологічні підходи до дослідження проблеми використання поліграфа як засобу, що застосовується для виявлення приховуваної інформації, зокрема, у процесі викриття фінансових злочинів; Узагальнено психологічні особливості передтестової, внутрішньо-тестової та післятестової бесід, як складових СПФД за допомогою поліграфа та визначити вимоги щодо їх проведення. Розроблено рекомендації відносно стратегії проведення передтестової бесіди з урахуванням психологічної профілізації осіб, що здійснюють фінансові злочини. Теоретично обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено сутність психологічного механізму та закономірностей психофізіологічних досліджень з використанням поліграфу.

The phenomenon of economic crime is studied by criminologists of Ukraine. The object of the study is a psychophysiological examination using a polygraph The theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of the problem of the use of the polygraph as a tool used to reveal hidden information, in particular, in the process of exposing financial crimes, have been determined; The psychological features of the pre-test, intra-test and post-test interviews as components of the SPFD with the help of a polygraph are summarized and the requirements for their conduct are determined. Recommendations have been developed regarding the strategy of conducting a pre-test interview taking into account the psychological profiling of persons who commit financial crimes. The essence of the psychological mechanism and regularities of psychophysiological research using the polygraph has been theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified.
