Діяльність Держмитслужби України в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

У зв'язку з військовою агресією російської федерації проти України з 24 лютого 2022 року в Україні введено воєнний стан. Відповідно до частини другої статті 9 Закону України «Про правовий режим воєнного стану» органи державної виконавчої влади, здійснюють повноваження, надані їм Конституцією, Законом «Про правовий режим воєнного стану» та іншими законами України. В таких умовах діяльність органів державної влади спрямована на організацію та забезпечення виконання законодавства у сфері оборони та сприянні Збройним Силам України у виконанні ними завдань. Не виключенням є і діяльність Державної митної служби України. Відповідно до цього здійснено дослідження діяльності Державної митної служби України в контексті підвищення обороноздатності країни, а також вжиття оперативних заходів з врегулювання питань сьогодення у сфері митно-тарифного регулювання. За результатами проведеного дослідження визначено, що з початку повномасштабного вторгнення російських окупаційних військ на територію нашої країни працівники Державної митної служби України не лише виконують свої безпосередні функції, дбаючи про економічну безпеку країни, а й намагаються забезпечувати Збройні сили України всім необхідним для виконання поставлених перед ними завдань.

In connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, martial law has been introduced in Ukraine since February 24, 2022. In accordance with the second part of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Regime of Martial Law", state executive authorities exercise the powers granted to them by the Constitution, the Law "On the Legal Regime of Martial Law" and other laws of Ukraine. In such conditions, the activities of state authorities are aimed at organizing and ensuring the implementation of legislation in the field of defense and assisting the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the performance of their tasks. The activity of the State Customs Service of Ukraine is no exception. Accordingly, a study of the activities of the State Customs Service of Ukraine was carried out in the context of increasing the country's defense capabilities, as well as taking operational measures to resolve current issues in the field of customs and tariff regulation. According to the results of the conducted research, it was determined that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian occupation forces on the territory of our country, the employees of the State Customs Service of Ukraine not only perform their direct functions, taking care of the economic security of the country, but also try to provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine with everything necessary to fulfill the tasks set before them tasks.
