Неідентифікаційні балістичні дослідження в кримінальному провадженні

Abstract

В роботі здійснено періодизацію на відповідні історичні етапи генези дослідження проблем проведення неідентифікаційних балістичних досліджень. Вказано на важливість для судової експертології періоду, пов’язаного з відокремленням в межах судово-балістичної експертизи самостійних досліджень неідентифікаційного характеру – експертизи ситуаційних обставин пострілу та діагностичних експертиз (70-80-ті рр. ХХ ст.), а також сучасного етапу неідентифікаційних досліджень зброї, патронів, слідів їх дії та обставин застосування.In the work, periodization is carried out into the relevant historical stages of the genesis of the study of the problems of conducting non-identification ballistic studies. The importance for forensic expertise of the period associated with the separation within the forensic ballistics’ examination of independent studies of a nonidentification nature – examination of the situational circumstances of the shot and diagnostic examinations (70-80s of the XX century), as well as the modern stage of non-identification research of weapons, is indicated. cartridges, traces of their action and circumstances of use.
