Анотація
The dissertation is a comprehensive scientific study based on legal doctrine, critical analysis of current legislation, and consideration of international standards for pre-trial settlement of public law disputes, which substantiates the theoretical, regulatory and legal principles of dispute resolution arising from administrative and legal relations in the pre-trial procedure, and also substantiates proposals for the implementation of the concept of an effective procedure for pre-trial settlement of public law disputes in Ukraine.
