Вклад українських вчених у дослідження проблем психологічного і професійного здоров’я фахівців

Abstract

Здійснено аналіз наукових джерел щодо вкладу українських вчених у проблему дослідження психологічного і професійного здоров’я фахівців. Визначено цінні здобутки науковців в дослідженнях представлено сучасні методи психодіагностики, новітні психологічні технології підтримки, збереження і відновлення професійного здоров’я фахівців та можливості особистісного зростання на різних етапах професіогенезу. Також, визначено вклад впровадження наукових доробок українських вчених щодо визначення зовнішніх та внутрішніх чинників, які негативно впливають на професійне здоров’я особистості на психологічному, мотиваційному, соціальному, екологічному рівнях, що забезпечує відновлення професійного здоров’я фахівців в Україні.An analysis of scientific sources on the contribution of Ukrainian scientists to the problem of researching the psychological and professional health of specialists has been carried out. Valuable achievements of scientists in research have been identified, modern methods of psychodiagnostics, the latest psychological technologies for supporting, preserving and restoring the professional health of specialists and the possibilities of personal growth at different stages of professional development have been presented. Also, the contribution of the implementation of scientific achievements of Ukrainian scientists in determining external and internal factors that negatively affect the professional health of an individual at the psychological, motivational, social, and environmental levels has been identified, which ensures the restoration of the professional health of specialists in Ukraine.
