Особистісна детермінація моделей поведінки в ситуаціях когнітивного дисонансу

Abstract

В кваліфікаційній роботі проведений ґрунтовний аналіз проблематики, який базувався на основі вивчення особливостей особистісної детермінації моделей поведінки в ситуаціях когнітивного дисонансу Для вирішення поставленої проблеми передбачено виявлення особливостей психологічних структур стратегій життєдіяльності особистості, яка перебуває в умовах ситуації внутрішнього когнітивного дисонансу, а також визначення способів оптимізації стратегій поведінки. Завдяки ретроспективному аналізу ситуаційного та суб'єктивного підходів до вивчення психологічних особливостей поведінки особистості в ситуаціях когнітивного дисонансу, осмисленню цих ситуацій, характеристики яких висвітлених у вітчизняній та зарубіжній психології, а також за допомогою аналізу суб’єктивних предикторів моделей поведінки особистості. Виявлені домінантної стратегії поведінки в ситуації когнітивного дисонансу в різних вікових групах працівників підприємства.The thesis provides a thorough analysis of the issue based on the study of the peculiarities of personal determination of behavior patterns in situations of cognitive dissonance. To solve the problem, it is necessary to identify the peculiarities of the psychological structures of life strategies of individuals who is in a situation of internal cognitive dissonance, as well as determining ways to optimize behavioral strategies.This is achieved through a retrospective analysis of situational and subjective approaches to studying the psychological characteristics of personal behavior in situations of cognitive dissonance, understanding these situations, the characteristics of which are highlighted in domestic and foreign psychology, as well as through the analysis of subjective predictors of personal behavior patterns. The dominant behavioral strategies in situations of cognitive dissonance in different age groups of enterprise employees were identified.
