Abstract

The article deals with the current state of the Ukrainian stock market. The general amount of securities issues and trading in the stock market are analyzed. It is spoken in detail about the main instruments of the Ukrainian securities market - shares and bonds. Much attention is given to the problems of the securities market (in particular, low investment climate, low liquidity and stock trading) as well as the ways of solving them that was the purpose of the work.
