Психологічні чинники професійного вигорання працівників

Abstract

The paper presents the results of theoretical and empirical research into the problem of professional burnout of employees. A theoretical and methodological analysis of professional burnout of employees was carried out, it was proven that there is a wide range of interpretations of this concept. A group of psychological factors that cause professional burnout of employees was identified: external (organizational) and internal (individual-personal). As a result of the empirical study, it was found that almost half of the participants studied are at an average level of emotional burnout, they experience emotional exhaustion, professional stress and are not fully satisfied with their work. Practical recommendations have been developed for the prevention and reduction of professional burnout in employees.
