Публічне управління навчальними закладами на регіональному рівні

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглядаються теоретичні і методологічні основи організації роботи управління навчальними закладами на регіональному рівні. На підставі опрацювання сучасного стану теоретичної розробки питань публічного управління освітою на регіональному рівні та аналізу нормативноправового забезпечення визначено сучасний стан організації роботи органів управління освітою на регіональному рівні, та визначено сучасні проблеми, що існують у цій галузі суспільних відносин. За результатами аналізу ефективності системи надання послуг населенню у сфері освіти запропоновано можливі шляхи вдосконалення управління освітою на регіональному рівні

The qualification paper examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the management of educational institutions at the regional level. Based on the study of the current state of the theoretical development of issues of public management of education at the regional level and the analysis of regulatory legal support, the current state of the organization of the work of education management bodies at the regional level is determined, and the current problems that exist in this field of public relations are determined. According to the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the system of providing services to the population in the field of education, possible ways of improving the management of education at the regional level are proposed
