Abstract

Theoretical achievements on the topic of research are analyzed; the course of professional personality crises is characterized and described; an empirical study was conducted on the existing factors affecting the emergence of professional development crises; develop and conduct training on the prevention of professional crises. The relevance of the topic of the master's thesis on the use of training technologies as a means of preventing crises in professional development is extremely high in modern conditions. The world of rapid technological progress, changes in the business environment and socio-cultural structures creates dynamic conditions for work activities, which often cause crises in the professional life of an individual.
