The qualification work reveals the issue of providing proposals for improving the control and analysis of labor costs in order to optimize them. -considered the theoretical and methodological principles of the study of control and analysis of labor costs; -explained the essence of labor costs as an economic category; -considered the methodological foundations of control and analysis of labor costs in order to optimize them; -carried out a general characteristic of the enterprise and an analysis of the indicators of the financial and economic condition of LLC "Production and Confectionery Plant "Nyvky"; -considered the organization of control of labor costs at the enterprise; -carried out an analysis of labor costs of LLC "Production and Confectionery Plant "Nyvky"
