Abstract

Навчальний посібник «Конституційне та муніципальне право України (у визначеннях і схемах)» підготовлено на основі положень Конституції України та інших чинних нормативно-правових колективом авторів кафедри теорії, історії права і держави та конституційного права України Університету ДФС України для здобувачів вищої освіти з метою сприяння в узагальненні теоретичних знань та допомоги у підготовці до семінарських та практичних занять, модульних та підсумкових перевірок знань. Видання рекомендовано для науковців, здобувачів юридичних факультетів закладів освіти, практиків-юристів, усіх, хто цікавиться проблемами конституційного та муніципального права. The study guide "Constitutional and municipal law of Ukraine (in definitions and schemes)" was prepared on the basis of the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine and other current legal regulations by the team of authors of the Department of Theory, History of Law and the State and Constitutional Law of Ukraine at the University of the Federal State of Ukraine for students of higher education with the aim of promoting in the generalization of theoretical knowledge and assistance in preparation for seminar and practical classes, modular and final knowledge tests. The publication is recommended for scientists, graduates of law faculties of educational institutions, legal practitioners, and all those interested in the problems of constitutional and municipal law.
