Abstract

The work is devoted to the development of coordination qualities of young Greco-Roman wrestlers. The study of special literary sources and the generalization of advanced practical experience made it possible to discover that sports wrestling belongs to complex coordination sports, in which the level of physical training of athletes, together with their technical and tactical preparation, is one of the main and significant factors that determine the success of the process sports improvement. The effectiveness of the developed complexes for improving the coordination abilities of young wrestlers was verified.
